Exchange and Return Policy

Lunare prioritizes customer satisfaction and operates in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


🔁 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers may request an exchange or return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, for purchases made through the online store.

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused and show no signs of wear;
Be in its original packaging, with intact seals and all accessories (if applicable);
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is different from what was ordered, the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. We may request photos or videos for evaluation.

After verification, the customer may choose:

Product replacement (subject to availability);
Store credit;
A full refund of the amount paid.


🚚 Shipping Costs

In cases of defect, damage, or shipping error, Lunare will cover the shipping costs.

In cases of withdrawal, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
